Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Because it teaches you a lot about the living animals that we have and how important it is to take care of them since they're all threatened by the climate change.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about different animals and how they function, as well as how they relate to us since we all have similar organs which is very interesting. I also learned everything about the cell which is the smallest unit of life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not save anything to the last minute because then you might as well not take the course. You have to read a little every day and keep reviewing since this course have a lot of information to give.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course taught me so much about biology. Prof. Beavers does require you to do a lot of work but she is so knowledgeable about the subject, especially genetics, and is actually quite nice when you demonstrate you are a diligent student.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about biology in this course and feel much more confident in my skills and knowledge. Prof beavers has great stories about her adventures in genetics and the biotech part of the lab is especially fun. This course is a lot of work, but definitely worth it for me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Just put in a lot of time and effort. Stay on top of the readings and make sure you understand the concepts, as a lot of the later concepts build in earlier ones.
