Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Ms. Hoard is the greatest math teach I have seen since I have been in the U.S. She has enough knowledge to answer "the easiest" question like:" Why would it like that?". She always has enough energy for the whole day even the classes are AP or Dual Credit.

    Course highlights:

The course is worth my $72 because I have learnt and met many smart people in there. If you were in AP or Dual Credit, it would be more fun because we do competition in every aspect: grade, rank, point in game, and who will be the fastest. Through the class I have learnt how to manage time when testing, how to find the effective way to solve the problems, and how to read through Ms. Hoard's tips and tricks.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your homework. The test or quizzes will never look like the homework, but it gives you the basic and summarize your whole lesson. Pay attention to the class because for me, Dual Credit goes really fast cause of the smart students.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved the class. I think the best thing about it was the teacher, Mrs. Mason. She made it so interactive and interesting. There weren't any boring lectures or dull moments. There was always something that she had ready for us to do. Lastly, truly cared about how a student was doing in her class, and if she didn't like how someone was doing she would contact them directly to help.

    Course highlights:

She taught me how to study better than my usual wing it philosophy She always had days where she would look at the chapter and focus on how to apply the lessons to real life scenarios On test day she would either have a group test or individual to see if you studied

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Although her notes are fun and interactive you still need to focus and make sure you are receiving what the lesson is When she says her test is multiple choice you still need to study because that just means the questions are harder Always take advantage of her one extra credit opportunity per semester you'll never know if you need it

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because this teacher explains fairly through. It came to the point that people who weren't so great at math became very eager to learn everyday.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course is learning many objectives that deal with inequalities, polynomials, functions, and etc. I learned many things such as learning how to factor in a number of ways.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you want to achieve more then what you need in this class all you have to do is study hard. It is going to take time outside of the class to be excellent.
