    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course. The teacher is amazing and you learn about everyday life skills of how we speak and write.

    Course highlights:

The highlights are just starting, i can't really say to much because i'm currently in this class now.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

ALL you have to do is pay attention, it honestly isn't that hard

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I woukd recommend because this is a very easy class. You learn a variety of new words but I also don't recommend because most of the time the work is pointless.

    Course highlights:

New words for my vocab. She would give us about 30 words to learn for a few weeks and then we would take a 60 question test about the words. The test was pretty easy if you actually study. Well the whole class is easy if you do your work.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just keep do eary single work given to you. Even if it is a lot to do, just do it. On the vocabulary, you must study to pass. The vocab test are worth a lot of points so take it serious.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend English because all other subjects stem from this course. Analyzing pieces of work, whether that be art critiques, instructions in a manual, or reading math story problems reading and writing is everywhere you look. In order to succeed and become more knowledgeable in other subjects having a challenging and rigorous English course is something to look into.

    Course highlights:

Reading the book "Persepolis" by Marjane Satrapi, was the highlight of this course. Not only was it something that I had no schema on, but it was also a comic book, so the structure of the piece was incredible to learn about. For example, I learned how space is time in a comic book and how our fascinating brain fills in the gaps in between each panel to tell a story. The book was a real gem and I am truly grateful to be more aware of the historical significance of the book and being more appreciative of comic books.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students to be okay with not understanding everything at first, but to always be willing to put in the effort to achieve something better. After you are given feedback from your teacher, you must understand what you did wrong and how you can improve. In addition, finishing the assignments and participating in class discussions is imperative to your overall success in the course.
