Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a super interesting class.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much it is hard to think of something specific. But the labs were always fun.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Simply complete every assignment given. They normally aren't that hard anyway.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Porter-Davis takes her time explaining a topic and doesn't move on from the topic until she is sure everyone understands what is going on. This course prepares students for college courses such as College Algebra.

    Course highlights:

While taking this course, I learned how to calculate work, forces, energy, etc. I also learned how to work with wavelengths and simple circuits. There are many more topics covered in physics, but those are a couple of the most interesting topics that we learned. Along with learning from the detailed PowerPoints, we also did many hands-on activities that helped better our understanding of a topic.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you would like to take this course, I would recommend definitely using all study tools given to you. While the course may not be very difficult, it helps to be prepared for al l quizzes and tests that may come along.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is an easy class, and is taught well. It covers the essentials for physics, despite not preparing you for the AP test too much. That's where I'll come in.

    Course highlights:

I learned the easy and quick way to solve problems that would've taken others longer, I learned all the basics, and it helped alot for college.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Buy the AP book. If you don't, you'll end up with a 1 on the test. Don't ignore the textbook either; it's helped alot and it will pull you through the year. Don't rely only on through the teacher.
