    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a pretty entry level AP course. The class has a good mixture of decently sized readings, projects, videos, and essay writing. It acts as good practice for later, more intense AP classes by giving you a diluted taste of multiple aspects of other courses.

    Course highlights:

The main thing that I learned in this course was the detailed history of our species. It put the entire world into a different perspective since you learned with things happened and possibly how things will happen in the future. The history was also truly fascinating and fun to learn about. In a broader since It taught me how to better manage my time and predict the information that a teacher would ask for on assessments. Due to the many practice essays we had to write i believe that my literary and essay writing skills had greatly increased.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

There are several key points of advice I would give any prospective students. The first point would be to stay on top of the required readings, this means to always read what is assigned in great detail, read ahead of the class, or do what I did and read the entire textbook in one week. The second tip I have would be to take detailed notes, this will be a major help when you are trying to study for quizzes, tests, and exams. Another point is to make flash cards in order to help with studying. The final point I have for you is to watch the Crash Course World History series on Youtube since it would be a great learning tool, plus its fun to watch.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was honestly a great learning experience, and I felt like I learned a lot. The only thing is that it is a lot of work. I'm not exaggerating when I say that you will be reading the textbook and studying every single day.

    Course highlights:

Through the course, I learned a little about everything. Although we didn't learn much in detail, we still went over all of the time periods.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To do well in this class, you should study every single day and don't get behind. Definitely follow the reading schedule, because if you don't, you can expect to be staying up all night working.
