    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was a very interesting course, and involved fun and rigorous assignments. It helped that the teacher was awesome as well. I would honestly recommend this course to anybody! I would recommend it because not only is it interesting, but it teaches the basic aspects that anyone would need even if you are not majoring in this field.

    Course highlights:

In taking this course I had many highlights. However, the one highlight that stuck out to me the most was when the teacher assigned a project where we had to make our own currency. Not only did we have to come up with a name for it, but we had to use only the computer and literally make our own currency from scratch. In addition, on the currency that we designed, it had to have things that described us. Basically we had to have symbols for our religion, beliefs, favorite sport, favorite food, etc. I remember when this assignment was first given, I thought to myself “man this seems impossible”. But once I actually began to work on it I realized that not only is the assignment fun, but the assignment really makes you think on how you can come up with things to describe yourself on a little rectangle! In this class I learned how to master using Microsoft word, excel, and power point. I also learned the major points in presenting an idea in front of people. For example: Whatever is on the power point is for the audience to read; the speaker should always know the content on what they are presenting. This class is amazing and it really opened my eyes and helped me drill down on what I want to do in the future.

    Advice for students:

The only thing that you need to take this class is an open mind, and willingness to get the work done. It may seem like a lot of work, but if you put your mind to it and take in what is being taught, you may learn to love it. I understand that this class may not be for everyone but you will never know if its for you until you honestly give it a shot, right? As far as studying goes, if you do the work thoroughly, there is really no studying need to be done. If you by any chance are trying to do it and just don't get the concepts, there is a beginning software the teacher will provide you with that explains everything!
