    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it gives you an early look on what college classes will be like and how professors are and their expectations. It also teaches you how to write college level essays and literary analysis, so that you will be prepared in the future. In addition to that, the class will help you obtain organization and time management skills.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to analyze and go deeper into a story than I could before. I do a lot more critical thinking in this class that helps me outside of the classroom when I am at work or dealing with personal situations. I also learned how to speak and be more vocal about my opinion in front of my peers as well due to the many class discussions that take place.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep your binders in order throughout the class and keep them in college because they will help you. The binders are full of great pieces of information that is bound to get you through the many college essays that you will have to encounter later and it will, of course, benefit you while taking Ms. Mccloud's class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend taking this course because it gets you ready for college. Everything you learn in A.P literature you would learn in college

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot in this class. I learned proper ways to annotate an essay. How a college professor would expect it to be. Proper ways to structure your sentences etc. It's so much I've learned that I wish I can just tell you all.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice i give to future students that are considering this course is that dont ever think your to "dumb" for the course because its just one step higher than British literature but better. You learn a lot of different type of topics like grammar, or literature anaylis, down to the stories and your college professor is going to impressed that you know all of this without him/her teacher you.
