Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It was a very challenging course that seemed to go at a slow pace, but in reality helped provide all of the necessary tools needed to pass the exam. She is very helpful and presents the information in an unforgettable way.

    Course highlights:

Mrs. Rupright's personality is infectious and she is always ready to teach. The songs and quirky methods she uses to help us remember difficult concepts actually work. I think the highlight of the year would have to be our shoebox presentations where she helped us learn relate rates by making us create our own related rates problem, solve it, and model it. This really helped us visualize these problems and gain a deeper understanding on how to solve them.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY WELL IN ADVANCE FOR THE EXAM!!!! And take notes and do your homework throughout the year.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It truly brings together everything I have learned so far in all of the challenging math classes I have taken. I was so used to learning trigonometry, geometry, and precalculus in isolation, that calculus came as a pleasant surprise because it brought all of those areas together.

    Course highlights:

The highlights would be learning derivatives because I just really love using derivatives and anti-derivatives. I also liked the many math projects my teacher made us do. At the time, I may not have been so appreciative, but looking back, these projects have helped me cement those skills.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Ask questions if you have them!!!
