Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Owens made the class very interesting. She related all of the lessons to our everyday lives. There were only four essays and no exams. She was very helpful and encouraged office hour visits to help with your writing and understanding of assignments. I loved this class and I'm going to miss it.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about writing research papers. She taught me MLA format and the correct way to cite sources. I also learned how to use the library resources and writing center to my advantage.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to ask for help. Also, if you don't have a draft done, bring it to class anyway. Peer reviews are great for helping to figure out what to add to your paper.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Martin is an amazing teacher, capturing your attention with his descriptive and funny stories. I would retake this class if I could, great professor!

    Course highlights:

Throughout this course I studied, in more depth, grammar and putting it to use in collegiate level papers. The highlight is definitely the great professor. Great stories, funny and very easy to talk to.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate. This is not a back-breaking class, but papers must be written very well. Make sure to manage your time wisely.
