Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitley reccomend this course to anyone who is interested in the way people act and reacted towards certain things and people. Mrs. Kelsay is also an amazing and influential teacher.

The highlights of this course are the exciting demonstrations and activities we got to participate in. I learned a ton of important terminology, and a lot about people who strongly impacted the psychology field.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you decide to take this course be sure to always pay attention in class, take important and useful notes, create flashcards for important terminology located in chapters, and most of all have fun with it!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was one of the most amazing courses that I have ever taken. I learned something new every single day and was inspired by all the information. It's just mind blowing to see the brain have the capacity to do so much! I love this class and I love learning about psychology. I hope you will have the same passion about this class as I do.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the brain that I would never have learned before on my own. For example, did you know that your development stages as a child reflect your personality as an adult? Or that your long term memory has an infinite capacity for storage and you can retrieve that info at any time? That the left side of your brain is the one behind your logic and reasoning and the right side of your brain is your creative side? You'll study everything from child development, parts of the brain, memory, sensation and perception, and many more!

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

I recommend taking notes while reading the assigned book pages. Don't just look for the answers to the worksheet or workbook, thoroughly read the book and make sure you understand what you're reading. Many of the questions on the test come straight from the book, and although the notes are helpful, it's more important to both pay attention in class and while you're reading.
