Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would reccomend this class because it is a reqiured course, but more than that Mr. Rains is an incredible teacher. He does his best to break down the material to the point where anybody can understand.

    Course highlights:

In this class I learned about how the economics of this country really works. Mr. Rains tought us about the graphs that real financial advisors really use. He also brought in a guy to talk to us about the stock market. He told us about all the ways to be successful in the stock market.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do the homewrork. Mr. Rains does not give zeroes for homework but those points do add up if your test scores are not the highest.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's a pretty simple course although there are a lot of concepts that if not carefully understood and studied can get confusing.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the supply and demand curve, price ceilings and price floors, equilibrium price and points, shifts in the curve, determinants of the curve, and a lot more about the economics about the world we live in. Very interesting course!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study concepts closely, they could easily be confusing if you're not 100% sure as to what they are. Tests are easy, if you know vocab words to study those as well.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because first of all it is a required course and it gives high school students an overall idea of how money works and a good idea of what the market is.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning new things about what you can do with money and how money is controlled. I learned how supply and demand works and i learned how the government regulates the money supply.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to be successful in this course you will have to take notes on the daily and always pay attention and not get behind because everything ties together. Also you will have to make graphs your best friend.
