    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He is very willing to help after class or during office hours. Because it is in the summer, there is a lot of material to be covered in class, so outside of the classroom is best for 1-on-1 guidance.

    Course highlights:

If you do all the suggested problems, you will understand the concepts. Also, make sure to understand the practice midterm and final, as they are close to the real test

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do ALL suggested problems, ask questions when you don't understand something perfectly, and make sure to go to office hours and the math tutoring center if you need more guidance. Additionally, a Chegg account will be very beneficial.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it purely because it opens doors to take more classes within most majors. Math 2A is notorious for being difficult, and it is, but it is required and there definitely are reasons why calculus is required for most classes.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course does not necessarily happen during the course but it happens after taking the class because, as an econ major, I did not think calculus would be important in econ, but it is so integral in many areas.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do many practice problems and tackle the non conventional ones because those are the ones that will be on the test.
