    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it with this professor. He gives you 11% extra credit just by going to discussions! The rest is just memorization. If you took AP Statistics in high school, this class is an easy A.

    Course highlights:

It was a good course to get me to brush up on my math skills that are needed for higher level economics classes

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

GO TO DISCUSSION. Also, make sure you go over the Need to Knows over and over before a test. Go with a friend and go through them multiple times.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Both professors who teach econ 15 at UCI are very bad lecturers; however, Johnson is the better of the two. his lectures are very unstructured. at times he rambles on and makes it difficult to follow what he is trying to teach.

    Course highlights:

The only highlights of this course were the 11% extra credit points that the professor provides; however, it does not make up for the fact that johnson is a horrible lecturer

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to every discussion and complete all the class surveys in order to get the 11% extra credit. Furthermore, complete all the need to knows because he uses those exact questions on the midterms and final.
