    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Although the professor's tone sounds monotone and hard to understand, he does bring up excellent points about environmental disasters that are occurring worldwide. He also encourages students to share their thoughts about how to alleviate an environmental issue.

    Course highlights:

If there is any confusion about what the professor said, the TAs are an amazing source to go to. Additionally, the midterms were not as scary as I assumed.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Please try to take notes during the videos. People do tend to doze off. Ask the TA for clarification.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely reccomend this course to anyone who is curious about environmental research. I took this as a Biology Major at UC Irvine but I was always interested in the environment and being outdoors and protecting lands from fracking. This course had us study A Civil Action which is based off of a true case of chemical pollution from industrial dumping. This class truly showed me what I wanted to do with my life and showed me how I could protect lands for future generations.

    Course highlights:

I would highlight the subjects of what we learned about preservation and the opportunity to analyze cases. I loved reading a civil action and learning about what happened in the community reading the signs and using those skills to see similar problem in other communities.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend taking notes and making acronyms and rhymes to help you remember. Most of this course is based on memorization and applying what we've learned about in different scenarios.
