Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend taking this course with Professor Schaffer. He's thorough, he's fun and his exams are fair. He's also very patient so if you have lingering questions or trouble understanding a topic, he will take the time to explain it to you in full detail.

    Course highlights:

They highlights of the course was completing it! HA! But in all seriousness, you learn every freaking detail of the human body, which is amazing in itself.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice for this course is to practice with a friend. I took this class (which comes with a lab) and that lab made all the difference. You work with a partner as well as a team and it's a fun way to quiz each other. Sometimes one person will have a trick to memorize a topic and vice versa.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is essential for students wanting to attend professional school. However, this class is indeed difficult and requires many hours of studying since there are so many things to learn about your own body!

    Course highlights:

This was anatomy class was taught in systems (i.e integumentary system, reproductive system). All the body systems were taught except the endocrine system since that was hugely discussed in physiology.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book!!! I cannot stress that enough. Also Dr. Shaffer is very approachable, so do not be afraid to ask questions. Also, attend office hours since you are able to play with anatomical models, which helps for lab exams.
