Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Very interesting course if you're interested in the human immune system. I thought this was a very pertinent class for many biology majors, especially premedical students, as immunology is at the essence of our wellbeing.
We learned about our body's cellular and molecular response to infections, immunity, and autoimmune disorders. I was a premedical student and loved the chance to learn about what goes on in our bodies when we're sick. I thought this was a very engrossing class.

Advice for students:
The professors uploaded lecture outlines and powerpoints before every lecture. The outlines were incredibly helpful and had almost all the information we needed to know on their, so they served as effective study guides. If there was any other information we learned during lecture, just write it in the margins of the outline. When studying, it helped me to print out the powerpoints and write my notes form the outline onto the power point so I can have a visual aid of what was going on. For each lecture, I would condense the material onto a separate sheet of paper for my own personal study guide. Reading textbook NOT necessary, although may help clarify information.
