    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class is similar to Biochemistry, but simpler. I enjoyed the class because Dr. German made the lecture material applicable to everyday life. He does not over complicate the class and does not require textbook reading.

    Course highlights:

Dr. German went into prevalent everyday issues such as GMO, high fructose corn syrup, hormone-injected livestock, and the growing obesity rates in America. If you enjoy documentaries such as Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, Forks Over Knives and Hungry for Change but want more scientific background, you'll like this class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Focus studying on his lecture notes and pay attention to his stresses. He frequently says "remember this" or "this is important" in his lecture and those contents will be on his test. Go to lecture because he will say content (tested) that is not written on his slides.
