Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because the teacher is engaging in the reading and in the course work while also allowing you to have an opinion on the subject.

    Course highlights:

I gained a greater strength in essay writing do to the fact we had an essay do every week. This work load I feel was reasonable because we only had class once a week, it gave us enough time to write and think about the topic and discuss what we wrote about in class. This class also taught me how to analyze the readings and highlight key points the writer is trying to relay to the reader.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice when taking this course to succeed would be pay attention in class and do not fall behind. There were a few times were I did my essay last minute and it really showed that it was a rushed paper. Time is a big factor but the teacher really did work with you if you had informed him prior to 5 minutes before class started.

The book. It was an interesting read, especially for my first college class. Not to hard but it definitely wasn't easy either. It was a good introduction to English and the teacher was very nice and understanding.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't get behind and do your work in advance. Especially if you're taking multiple classes.
