Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This was a great course to take because the instructor was a great example of what human services are about. She is very understanding and easy going. She didn't make things harder for us then they had to be. She gave us fair assignments and graded us appropriately.

    Course highlights:

We had many different speakers from all ethnic backgrounds. We are defining the gap in services.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I woiuld say that it is always good to have a class were you could have fun learning because not all classes are easy going. I am starting to realize that it does matter to ask if a instructor is a good instructor. It is also good to ask what is the success rate with that instructor. I have entered myself in some difficult classes and it is totally stressful when knowing that there is not much understanding. I the student would have to pay for it later. So I like to think I have a choice in who my instructor could be. So the main point is to be vigiliant on what course to take and with who. Thanks to instructors that are understanding like Susan Era.
