Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It really introduces you to all of the fields that heath care has to offer. It lets you begin to memorize medical terms and learn about the body systems. The course also had many professionals from different career paths come in and speak to us about their job, and what advice they want to give us to help us in the future. I learned that there are endless job opportunities in health care and I got to learn about as many of them as possible.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course for me was the unit we did on nursing, because it only helped me confirm by desired career path to become a nurse. It showed me all of the different kinds of nursing there are, what kind of schooling I would need, and what colleges offer it. It also introduced me to the career and gave me an idea of what my daily life would be like having that specific job.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep your study guide and use it to study for the test. Your test grade is worth a lot of your overall grade so doing well on a test is very important. Also, take the class seriously. You can learn so much from it so blowing off homework or not paying attention during lectures won't benefit your learning at all.
