    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it is taught very well. Dr. Mac requires a lot of us as students, however, this is necessary in order to LEARN the necessary medical concepts that allows us to take care of patients!

    Course highlights:

I learned the anatomy of our bodies very thoroughly. The muscles, bones, organs and how they function in our bodies. What can happen if they begin to malfunction due to disease, poor diet, or lack of exercise. What we need to look for as far as symptoms when or if patients begin to experience organ failure. How hard our bodies work to maintain homeostasis and why it's so very important!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to work HARD. It's a tough, tasky course and it requires a lot of busy work. However, it's very rewarding once you pass the course!

    Course highlights:

For me I thought the highlights were learning about the cardiovascular system. I learned a lot of new vocabulary and structures.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I always read over the objectives to help study for a test. The ones I didn't know, I would go back in the notes and study those sections.
