Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class itself was not too hard, but I would just make sure to do all of the reading, because the professor teaching this class skipped over a lot of things when teaching that were on the test, and didn't write the tests herself, so she really did not know the answers. Many times people had to correct her on her grading, because the book had different information than what she had believed to be true. The course content was interesting though.

    Course highlights:

In this geology class, I learned a lot about what certain rocks are made of, and a lot about how different landscapes and parts of the Earth were formed from various natural causes; such as the movement of plate tectonics.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Again, make sure you do all of the reading, and really pay close attention during labs, which usually involved identifying rocks. We were tested quite a bit on what we learned during labs, so it is good to work with your group members and make sure everyone understands what is going on.
