    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this course to those who do not like reading or those who do not have good reading comprehension skills.

    Course highlights:

The novels that you have to read were the highlights. Although most of them are written in old English that nobody can understand, they are incredibly interesting once you decode them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Get use to writing essays, you will be writing at least 2 per week.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was an extremely difficult and fast paced class to take. It definitely tests your AP abilities It was loads of beautiful literature to read and analyze.

    Course highlights:

I did learn a lot from this course and read more literature in just a few short months than I thought possible. The set up of this class was in a fun format that allowed students to use their creative side and enjoy their writing assignments.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are only wanting to take one online class as a requirement, it might not be so much; but for those who are full time enrolled or taking it as an elective, be weary of just how much this class requires or your time and dedication

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

AP English Literature and Composition take a huge commitment of time. If you are taking multiple AP classes you may find it difficult to keep up.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the books that you read. You will learn in this course how to write three types of timed essays.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the novels that you are assigned to read and don't cheat. This is a writing dependent class so if you don't like writing or do not consider yourself a good write it may not be the class for you.
