    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Make sure if you get below a 100% on an assignment or assessment, you go back and review what you missed. I promise it will re-appear in the future.

    Course highlights:

This course will help you learn and understand general concepts of advanced math such as Pre-Calculus, Statistics, Calculus AB, etc. and provide a foundation for these courses.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Don;t half-a** or else it will bite you in the butt. Pay attention to the curriculum in the beginning it is just as important.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking the class mostly if you didn't do so great in Algebra 2 (whatever grade you're in), but even then I'm taking it my sophomore year (this year) as a core class because I work when I want because of my Flex Schedule from FLVS, which is awesome because I have as much flexibility as I want but I know by the end of the week I need 3 assignments.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to apply algebra not only just to my courses, but to my life as well and many other courses like Chemistry I (which I'm also taking through FLVS), which require a heavy amount of algebra knowledge and formulas and computation.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Just stay focused on the courses and look back into lessons for help ON ANYTHING if you need it. Apply yourself like you would in any other course and you should pass with a B or above. I took honors, and to be honest, if you want the extra GPA bump take honors even if you're unsure because it really is just extra work and a bit more thinking. Tests are always two-part. Part 1 is usually multiple choice ranging from 20-30 questions and Part 2's two are always 3 - 5 essays, no more than that. Oh also, teachers are also only a text message away from handing out a handful of materials that they all contain, and never plagiarize unless you are paraphrasing or citing, as they have a handful of materials like Turn-It-In and a few other that can easily catch you if you don't change up your scheme. Also, I recommend never getting behind (from being lazy, of course) because it usually ends up bad.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it is easy to follow and the teacher is right there when you need him.

    Course highlights:

Being able to use a calculator is really nice. There is a lot of graphing and lines.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Know your measurements and how to do simple equations in your head.
