This class was tough.
If you can, don't take this course online. It is difficult to have to personally track all the exercises and your physical improvements and document it all online. There is a lot more assignments and work you have to do online rather than in an actual class in order to make sure that you are not faking any of these exercises.
I learned in this course to push past laziness to treat my body to the well deserved exercise and diet it needs.

There is no 'faking' assignments in this course, even if you tried. The work on here can't be done unless you exercise what is demanded. And be prepared to make and send awkward videos of you performing these exercises, don't worry only your teacher will be able to view them.
