    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This promotes healthy eating and fitness! It doesn't stop there, you'll also learn about ad techniques. I finished two semesters in two months.

    Course highlights:

    The course content is definitely a highlight.

    Take notes and read! Ask your teacher and use the help notes if needed!

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    If you can, don't take this course online. It is difficult to have to personally track all the exercises and your physical improvements and document it all online. There is a lot more assignments and work you have to do online rather than in an actual class in order to make sure that you are not faking any of these exercises.

    Course highlights:

    I learned in this course to push past laziness to treat my body to the well deserved exercise and diet it needs.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    There is no 'faking' assignments in this course, even if you tried. The work on here can't be done unless you exercise what is demanded. And be prepared to make and send awkward videos of you performing these exercises, don't worry only your teacher will be able to view them.
