Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommended this to anyone who like someone learning where and why people live in certain places.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were getting to know more about the country that I live in. I learned why we are here today.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you follow the pace chart to stay on track.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I had an excellent experience with AP Human Geography, specifically on Florida Virtual School. I found the class to be engaging, interesting, and fun. My teacher was always there to assist with any help I needed. The only thing that somewhat upset me about the course was that when it came time to study for the AP exam, I was told that there was material that was part of the exam that had not been taught in class. I had to learn some things on my own, which was a little hard. However, I understand that course requirements and AP exams are always changing, and it is very difficult to cover absolutely everything that students could possibly have to know.

    Course highlights:

For me, the highlight of the course was getting to dabble in a little bit of everything! The material spans over various topics, from agricultural patterns to world religions. I really enjoyed getting to learn such a vast array of information about the world and how it functions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students not to give up on it. AP Human Geography is often one of the first APs that students take. (It was my first AP.) Many get overwhelmed by the amount of information and the difficulty of it. However, I would encourage students to embrace the challenge and focus on all of the fascinating information that is taught. Once they finish the course, they will feel extremely proud and fulfilled.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It ties heavily into many things you learns in history or econ classes. You will surely be increasingly impressed with the facts they present.

    Course highlights:

I think a big highlight for me was learning about different religions around the world because not many people are exposed to this kind of thing. It helps me gain knowledge about the way people act in political issues.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of your work and just enjoy learning as you go. Do as many of the live chats as you can (because they're really fun!) Lastly, don't be afraid to communicate with your teacher, they're gonna be your best help.
