    Course Overview:

    On principle, I think everyone should be at least somewhat knowledgeable about history because history gives perspective on the present.

    Course highlights:

    The class does not just go over European history, it also covers China, India, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Americas. It's important to learn some of the history of these regions and not only Europe and the USA.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I found studying in groups to be very effective. Tests cover a lot of content and reviewing it in groups can help prepare.

    Course Overview:

    AP World History was a rigorous yet interesting course to partake in. The course requires your full attention and diligence. Reading the textbook regularly and studying daily is extremely beneficial for this course as there is so much material to absorb.

    Course highlights:

    I gained an understanding of what it took to be an AP level student. It takes dedication and more work than other classes do. I gained the ability to maintain responsibility.

    Study often and study effectively.
