    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I'd recommend this course because even though it's not that easy, it does teach you independence and how to study.

    Course highlights:

Learning how to properly study and take notes

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

DO NOT SLACK! If you have an assignment or notes to do, dot wait until the last minute. For your sake.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Montesinos is an engaging teacher who genuinely wants his students to participate and learn. By utilizing his sense of humor and sociable personality, he keeps most students' attention with ease, and those who are not so easy are drawn in by the creative class activities.

    Course highlights:

APUSH is a tough class no matter what you do. There's so many things you have to remember, but Montesinos does an amazing job of getting them to stick. I learned about the stock market crash by actively participating in it (or at least a simulation of it), and group study sessions were always useful and encouraged!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes. Take lots of notes. No matter how good Monty's teaching is (and it is), you're going to need them, especially right before the AP Test. My one regret in that class is that I didn't take enough notes to look back on beforehand.
