    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

While it is on the tough side, I felt like I got plenty of life lessons out of it.

    Course highlights:

I can say that this was one of the only courses that challenged me, and that made me more interested. Additionally, we quickly got to applying the math to real-world situations.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to ask for help or join a study group. I found that out the hard way.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to students who enjoy math or a challenge.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of Calculus were the comfortable atmosphere and the willingness to help students. I learned the basics of calculus which I will need later on in my personal career plan.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study. Study. Study Studying is the most important part of trying to pass calculus. The only way to get good at calculus is to practice all the time just like playing a sport.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

While this class is a bit difficult at first, it is a great class to take and prepare you for college, especially if you're going into a math related major.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to better take derivatives and integrals, and how they can be applied to real life (much to my disbelief).

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do any and all of the homework that is assigned, and that you follow along with what Erdman goes over. Don't fall behind, but if you do, don't be afraid to ask for help.
