    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class to students who enjoy math or a challenge.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of Calculus were the comfortable atmosphere and the willingness to help students. I learned the basics of calculus which I will need later on in my personal career plan.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study. Study. Study Studying is the most important part of trying to pass calculus. The only way to get good at calculus is to practice all the time just like playing a sport.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

While this class is a bit difficult at first, it is a great class to take and prepare you for college, especially if you're going into a math related major.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to better take derivatives and integrals, and how they can be applied to real life (much to my disbelief).

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do any and all of the homework that is assigned, and that you follow along with what Erdman goes over. Don't fall behind, but if you do, don't be afraid to ask for help.

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it provided many learning tools and strategies to prepare me for the SAT. Without this course I wouldn't have had any prior knowledge about the SAT or about future colleges I am looking to attend. I learned about the many pros/cons of whatever college I wanted to attend as well as the many finances that are associated with college.

    Course highlights:

I learned some different strategies when taking the SAT which included: process of elimination, coding, the three L's (length, legible, look), read the blurb. I also learned about financial aid and the different types of financial aid such as loans, grants, scholarships.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to be very organized, always bring materials to class, and always be prepared to work at a college level. Also, turn in your assignments on time!
