    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course challenged me greatly, while still allowing me to enjoy the rich history of the united states. The structure of the course of great in my opinion and I learned a lot.

    Course highlights:

For me, one of the biggest highlights was doing the Decades Project, where groups were assigned different decades and had to the present the history as well as life style during that decade. It was a lot of fun and very interesting too.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Although this course is a challenge, it is extremely interesting too. One huge thing is time management, the work load is quite large, but with time I learned to manage my time and it did not seem as bad as it did when I was new to the coarse.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course sparked an interest in history for me. We learned about all of the United States presidents as well as the wars which took place on American soil and with other countries.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the different mistakes that Americans made within the country. Leaders, diplomats, aristocrats- I learned about what they did in order to assert their power from America as well as within America.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest that they make sure to prioritize this course in order to ensure that they really take in the information they are learning. This course also requires lots of notes, so to understand the information, students need to take notes and make proper repetitions on these notes.
