Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

A good math course that teaches the fundamentals of trigonometry that will be needed for higher division math courses.

    Course highlights:

Learned about the trig functions, how to graph them by hand, and also learned polar coordinates and graphing.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the homework right after the lesson, review notes often especially before tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Bob Prior is a very good teacher, he knows his stuff very well, so much so, he writes the Trig books used by Norco College. He is also looking out for the welfare of his students and will do his best to help them through the semester.

    Course highlights:

The highlights for me would have been the problems using SIN, COS, and TAN because these problems were completely new to me. I know these problems will help me with future courses such as Pre-Calculus and Calculus.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to tutoring sessions! I can't say it enough, those tutoring sessions will help you so much, if you don't know something and can't figure it out, go to tutoring! Another big plus is, it's free, so be sure to take a huge advantage of this opportunity.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course because it is very self-explanatory and linear. There are many formulas and basic information so it is very easy to catch on and stay in the loop of the learning.

    Course highlights:

I learned many formulas in this course but most of it was a lot of review for me and that is why so much of this class was easy for me. Not only this, but the professor works very very well with the students.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

All you need to do is do his homework and study guides. You don't really even need to go to class unless you don't understand it.
