    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This course will teach you to love the gym. Whether you need this course for a high school gym credit (PSEO), or else just want to workout, this is the course for you. The prof makes the gym equipment seem not so scary, and you learn valuable lessons like taking your pulse and controlling your heart rate. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

    Course highlights:

    I learned the importance of keeping my heart rate in my designated age level's range throughout my workout. I also learned the importance of a maintaining good diet, and overall physical wellness, to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    If you need any sort of gym credit, or want an easy, stress free course, take Fitness for Life. There are written assignments, but the prof gave around 2 weeks between each assignment. Don't let the gym scare you, go for it!!

    Course Overview:

    This class was a great way to keep my health in the forefront of my mind. The online interface was enjoyable and easy to use.

    Course highlights:

    This class helped me learn how to maintain a healthy life style by eating right and exercising. It stressed the connection between physical health and mental health.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you are able to commit to doing an online class. Treat it as if it were an in person class. Also make sure you give yourself time to exercise regularly.
