    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The Physics program at Westlake is superb! All the teachers are so passionate about teaching and students typically perform very well on the AP exam at the end of the year. The class is engaging and requires a lot of work but overall very rewarding.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about how our world works around us, and found myself especially enjoying the unit on electromagnetics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you stay on top of your homework and assignments everyday, and you will perform well on tests!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it a very challenging course however it is a great jump start to the courses in college on the road to engineering!

    Course highlights:

I learned that failure is imminent. You just have to ready for it and accept that it will be hard sometimes. Then take it, learn from it, and push forward.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Doing practice questions is the real way to study for physics. Studying notes doesn't cut it for this class.
