I would recommend this class as it allows for students to learn very valuable lessons about health as well as dispelling many myths about common diseases.
I was able to learn many unique things about anaerobic exercise that allows for me to better train my body through working out. This class allowed for me to better grasp many important lessons that had been hidden to me about my own body.
