This class was tough.
I would recommend this course because I think it is very important for students to be aware of their health and overall well-being. This course has a lot to offer in providing knowledge about how to take care of yourself and make healthier decisions.

Make sure to read the chapters and study hard because when I took this class it was accelerated and we had exams and homework due every week. Balance your time between school and work wisely because deadlines snuck up on me while being so busy.
