    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I believe he did make it fun he had videos and his content made sense, he talked really fast and sometimes forgot that we were learning it for the first time. The class had a lot of content that was gone through very fast and we had exams like every other week. The good part is, is that he gave out exam reviews and made sure we knew his office hours so we understand everything.

    Course highlights:

He was a laughable teacher and that he made the course fun. The class was only an hour long and he used a lot of videos to help explain what he was teaching. I learned about Micro,Macro and Meso. I learned about how society conforms people and how societal norms have a affect on peoples lives.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the content and pay attention. Do some hand exercises because he goes through his notes very fast. Make sure you are there in class everyday because he takes attendance and it factors into your grade.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

My soc class was mostly made up of discussion, papers, and reading from the textbook. The only way you will learn in this class is if you read ALL of the assigned text. I skipped a chapter of reading in the middle of the semester and it effected my test score.

    Course highlights:

I learned the basics of human interaction and how to break down the different layers that make up our world. w

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Any student taking SOC 101 needs to use flash cards to memorize all key words. Know the terms and the meanings because you will need to use their ideas to write a paper.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I did not like the size of this class or the way it was taught. It was so hard to follow along and take all the information in.

    Course highlights:

It was very hard to learn with this class because the teacher just flies through the slides and doesn't have them available to the students after the lecture. The book taught me more than my teacher.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take good notes. Really focus on what he is talking about because you won't get the slides later.
