Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is very thorough. I believe it is very important to be knowledgeable about history, especially the history of the U.S.

    Course highlights:

I definitely learned more than I thought I would ! At the beginning, I only knew a little about the major events in history such as WW1 and WW2, but after this course I know in detail about the history of the U. S.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, Study, Study !!! The material can become over whelming if you fall behind, but if you stay on track it is just mainly reading and vocabulary.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this vourse becausw you get to gain alot pf knowelwdge about how the U.S. came about. There's a lot of information, yes, but if you stay focused and ask for help everything is at your feet. And if you so happen to get Mr.Boiller, you're in luck he is a great, funny, respectable teacher. Who goes just beyond teaching with his students, he is one of the few teachers who try and get to know you peraonally. Even when the course is over there's some things that you'll never forget.

    Course highlights:

One highlight I remember vividly from taking this course, was when we would take group chart quizes and the group debates Mr.Boiller would have us talking about over a current unit. Whether right or wrong we had debated both sides and just having a student teacher interaction like the way we had in that class was beyond amazing. I'd strongly recommend everyone to take that course!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always pay attention, this is an AP course so it's fast paced. And never be afraid to ask for help, most teachers will move on thinking everyone understands when no-one asks questions. So always ask questions, take lots of notes (You tend to retain more when you write) and always pay attention.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it provides a deep insight to the history of our country. It is important for students to be aware of historical events and figures.

    Course highlights:

You learn material from the forming of the 13 colonies to the revolutionary war to women and civil rights movements and the world wars. There is so much different history you go through in this course.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to write a lot of essays and remember the material that is taught. It can be a tough course but it is also goes through US history in depth.
