    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would most definitely recommend this course to anyone that wishes to further their knowledge in any field of study. Mr. Williams is not only a good teacher, but he is a good mentor aswell. He probably doesnt know it but he is one of the main reasons why I caught an interest in the economy and money. He teaches you in a way that wont make the class boring and it is by far one of the most resourceful classes I have ever took in my high school career. As Nellie McClung once said " People must know the past, to understand the present; and face the future ".

    Course highlights:

My highlight of this course has to be when Mr. Williams dropped everything we were studying that day and had us watch the presidential debate with Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump. While each candidate named their points as to why they should be the president of the United States Mr. Williams taught us how to analyze these words that candidates say to us. What I learned from that week of class was to not always believe what you hear or what the majority appears to follow. As Trump spoke and gave reason as to why we should "build that wall" Mr. Williams told us that it was a good idea , in theory. You see, the main purpose of building a wall is to help keep American jobs in the United States in order to cut down on the unemployment for our fellow Americans. Constant immigration is coming into the United States asking for employment for incredibly low wages, causing millions of Americans to be without a job because of their demands not being met. So should we build a wall, or should Americans lower their expectations ? Should we fight to defend our own citizens ability to find a job, or share considering the fact that Mexico shared with us hundreds of years ago when we needed them? Being in Mr. Williams class helped me see beyond just a simple question and answer response. Now I am able to analyze problems and look for every possible outcome of a situation before I am quick to make a decision on it. So if you thought that "building a wall" would simply solve anything , I assure you, you are sadly mistaken. What if you were to get rid of all the immigrants? What if Americans don't want to build highways or do construction ? What if all of the Americans that will work, won't do it without triple the salary of the average immigrant worker ? This country was built off the sweat, blood, and tears of immigrants while the majority population danced and drank champagne off of the income that the minorities DIED for. Kicking them out would do nothing but raise hell into our country. Before Mr. WIlliams class I would never have looked past this theory and simply voted for him as did half of this country. For that I thank him and will look to further my skills by continuing my career as an Industrial Engineer and I will be the best their is.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

What I would advise to anyone considering this course is to always do read about the topics on your own time that he gives you. Even if it isn't part of the AKS or on the next test always read. There is always extra information that the school may not require you to learn but it should be a part of your own personal AKS to understand. Learning and having knowledge isn't always a grade on a sheet of paper but rather more a grade on how you managed your life.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this because it is pretty easy and it's mandatory.

    Course highlights:

The highlights are just that I can not believe that I'm done because it has it hard times during that course, but it is overall easy. I learned that studying is key in this course.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say ask your teachers when you are confused because nothing's worst when the class is moving on without you, also study and participate.
