Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Course Overview:
I would recommend it because it teaches you a lot, specially if you're interested in engineering. It connects to how you can use it to the outside world , for example slope can be used to create roller-coaster measurements.
Course highlights:
The formulas , I learnt about how they can relate to everyday life. And also I learnt to use shortcuts in my calculator , in order to get faster solutions.
Hours per week:
3-5 hours
Advice for students:
The advice I would give is study and memorize the formulas, sometimes there are shortcuts to formulas, they help a lot on timed tests.
This class was tough.
Course Overview:
This course is very tricky and requires a lot mathematical background. if you're a math freak ill say go for it, but if you struggle with it a different path would be the best option.
Course highlights:
I was able to acquire many math knowledge especially when it comes to word problems. I was able to solve many difficult word problems, which are my difficulties in math.
Hours per week:
3-5 hours
Advice for students:
I would advise them to really go outside the classroom for extra help. 55 minutes in a class didn't sufficed my needs to thoroughly understand the topic, so I took an extra step and did some self teaching.
