This class was tough.
AP World History with Mrs. Smith was a very challenging rigorous, yet fun class to take. There is a lot of reading, analyzing, and understanding involved in this class, but the information you learn in the class is actually very interesting, and Mrs. Smith gives you everything you need to know to get a 5 on the AP exam, so it is worth your time. As long as you take notes and pay attention in class, you'll ace the exam. Also, Mrs. Smith is a great teacher, she may seem intimidating at first, but do not be scared, because she's honestly one of the most caring teachers I've ever had. 100% recommend this class.
I learned a lot of lessons from this class. We learned about the people, places, and things that existed or were developed in certain periods in history (River Valley, Classical, Post Classical, Early Modern, Modern, Contemporary), Not only did I learn the class material, but other life lessons as well. There is a lot of work involved in the class, so you will have to not waste time and do everything you need to do correctly but quickly at the same time. You also learn how to deal with stress pretty well by the end of the year because this class was pretty tough, but you'll learn how to cope with it.

Advice for students:
This class is challenging, but DO NOT STRESS. Stressing out does not help at all. Always remember to work with your other class mates, ask questions ALWAYS, and manage your time wisely. If you want to do well in this class and on the AP exam, you'll have to listen to the lectures and take notes intently. Don't just memorize, but understand the material was well.
