    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course for any students who wants to partake in the medical field. It's really a balance between fun and seriousness.

    Course highlights:

There are many highlights to this course. However, the main highlight for me were the labs. Through the labs, I actually understood the parts of the body by being hands-on. Through this course, I've dissected a frog, sheep brain, cow heart, and a rat. I've learned about the path in which blood circulates the body, the function of every lobe in the brain, and the anatomical set up of the organs in the different animals.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Depending on how well you learn, whether it's visual, auditory, kinesthetic, or verbal, will determine how well you'll do in that class. Since I'm more of a visual and kinesthetic learner, the labs really helped me form an understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body. In addition, pay attention in class, participate, and never be afraid of asking questions. I know that it might seem a little intimidating asking questions, but the teacher is there to make sure that you know the content that you're required to learn. make sure that you study the content that you're given, Whether its quizzing yourself, making flashcards, or simply reading the content, make sure you're studying effectively.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is extremely beneficial and learning simple anatomical terms for those wishing to seek a career in the medical field. The class is hands on aswell as informational which helps you to understand and succeed in the class.

    Course highlights:

We were able to look at the stages of a women's pregnancy and physically hold the babies. As a result you saw how complex the human body can be with the different transformations from the babies growth.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study vocabulary terms and take notes because most of the time what ever the teacher says is on the tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a great class for students who are interested in medical school/sciences in college. There are many dissections and labs that take place. You can dissect a fetal pig, a sheep brain, a chicken leg, and a frog.

    Course highlights:

The dissections are the best activities of this class. Each unit has a lab or a project that further illustrates the material. This may sound childish or lame, but coloring worksheets were perfect moments in class to chill out and have a peaceful class. But you couldn't sleep; those sheets were actual assignments.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Please study and go over notes. It is a lot of information crammed into one year and you'll never understand all of it unless you at least review. The class goes over the entire body an all of its systems; be wise and use your time consciously.
