Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

AP US History was a course with rigorous course work that required essay writing, nightly reading, and daily quizzes. While this may seem intimidating at first, this helped prepare students for future national tests such as the End of Course Test and the national AP exam.

    Course highlights:

Through APUSH, I was able to learn how to effectively read through textbooks which will prove to be beneficial in university as well as learning to write essays in subjects other than the standard English or Language Arts course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't fall behind in reading or slack off too much, slacking off every now and then is fine if the workload is piled up with other classes. Overall, just try to keep up and pay attention to your teacher or professor and read your textbook & notes.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course due to the willingness of the teacher to teach the knowledge required to excel in the class.

    Course highlights:

The consistent energy she shows through class lessons encourages us to learn the material, and she explains the topics very thoroughly. I learned significant characteristics of the United States experiences in multiple eras that shape the country today.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The only things you need for success are timely reading and an understanding of essays

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

History, in particular, American history, is such a critical part of understanding why the world is the way it is today and why being an American is not only awesome but a big responsibility.

    Course highlights:

Ms. Mullis does everything she can to provide extra credit and help you understand if you are confused on anything. She also keeps class interesting with lots of different activities and videos besides just note lectures.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do the readings for the daily quizzes and take advantage of all the extra credit opportunities.
