Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

AP courses are always intimidating at first, for both the scholar and mediocre student. APUSH is a highly enjoyable course that emphasizes student teaching: reading is a must do, however the course material is fairly straight forward and even enjoyable as a "pleasure read".

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed the idea of a more independent approach to learning with my teacher's phenomenal in class reviews and activities; lectures and projects. I used to be rather reluctant when it came to reading, however APUSH stressed the importance of independent study in order to succeed, and in turn it greatly impacted my study habits in other courses.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that as the student, you stay on top of things. Do not procrastinate (as I did earlier in the semester), it is better to get off on the right foot rather than having to learn and suffer the consequences of your mistakes. Most importantly however, enjoy it; it is a great course with a lot of social interaction( seminars, discussions, etc.)
