    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

this was one of my favorite classes, as it challnged me to become as thorough and meaningful as i could wiith al my classes. Mrs. Talbott was a great teacher and did not make it easy for us to forget any of the material we learned about, as each class took an incredibly deep dive into the fall of the ancient rome, or the revoltuionary enlightenmoent of Europe.

    Course highlights:

I truly enjoyed our class discussions. Through public speaking, i was able to becoem solid and confident abot having opinions that miht have differed from others in my class. For example, we had a split room when it came to the discussion about whether or not our nation should continue to celbrate Colombus day.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Give it all you have got, be open to sharing and think about what you are studying rahter thanmemorizing simple facts and key dates.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook. Also put in the extra work. Stay after and ask for help this course is hard but it is really worth the effort and you will see results if you put in the effort.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I very strongly recommend this course. Though very time consuming and challenging, it opens your mind up to so much information about other countries that you never even bothered to wonder about before.

    Course highlights:

I loved learning about China. We adopted so many inventions and ideals from them. They are one of the main building blocks of how the world works today.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read, read, read! There's nothing better than coming into class and knowing your stuff. Why stress about being called on, when you could relax knowing that your brain is bringing it's A-game.
