Pretty easy, overall.
I would recommend this class strongly because because most states require student to take it in order to graduate. Other than that I would recommend this class because it helps students stay fit and it teaches them about their body. On top of that it makes the students stay in shape because most students don't have time to exercise because of school work so when exercising is one of their class it makes it much easy.
From taking this course I have learned that the human is consist of different types of muscles in different places and I have learned that exercising is really good for our body and health. And I have come to appreciate my schools track team after I had to do all those PACER tests. ( *~* )

I would advice anyone who is considering to take this class to have a little knowledge about the muscle groups in our body and get prepared to do a lot of workouts and running.
