    Course Overview:

    Yes. Great Course!!! Anyone looking to get into shape should take this course. Learn many different muscle group workouts.

    Course highlights:

    The 1.5 mile run taken every 3 weeks. And the various workouts. I learn nutrition as well. Great for people just starting their fitness journey.

    Advice for students:

    Just work hard and participate. Just show up actually and you'll pass. Other than that do your best and you'll learn alot.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Mr. Hammonds transformed my perspective on not only exercise but also food and how it effects our bodies, which his help and the concepts I learned in this class I lost a total of 50 lbs and switched my career path. It truly was a life changing experience.

    Course highlights:

    Mr. Hammonds genuinely cares about all of his students and legitimately wants you to succeed. The best part of the class is that he holds every single person accountable for their actions and thats what keeps you on track.

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you always put forth your best effort in this class and do all of the assignments.

    Course Overview:

    I would highly recommend this course to anyone and everyone! Professor Leland is not your typical professor, he actively engages his students in class and actually makes it fun! This is a course that anyone can take if you're looking to improve your health, want to learn how to eat healthier, or simply looking for a class that is fun!

    Course highlights:

    As a kinesiology major, this class was helpful not only for myself, but also so I could help my friends and family be healthier overall. Throughout this course you will go over various topics such as portion sizes, what specific kinds of foods do for your body, how to properly workout, and how to ensure you are in good health.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    As long as you stay awake, turn in your work on time, and pay attention you will do very well. That is all he asks of you, it's fairly simple.
