Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I definitely recommend this course for students to understand how to better their nutrition while learning how to lose weight efficiently through high intensity workouts. Within this class you teach yourself how to live a healthy lifestyle which creates enough credibility to assist fellow colleagues, friends, family members, and coworkers with guidance to a better life.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was developing a healthy lifestyle while learning how to implement it into other people's lives. Another thing I learned is how a healthy lifestyle is all about mastering small goals, and focusing on what you can do instead of what you cannot do.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this class you have to be willing to make changes in your life and stay consistent. You don't need much note taking because it is provided. This is a hands on class that requires a lot of work outside of class such as working out, and changing normal habits. Lastly it requires time management in everyday life because of homework being different exercises every week and cooking healthy foods.
