    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was an absolute joy to work alongside someone who clearly had dedication to her work and wanted each student to fully understand what they were getting into when they joined her photography class. She truly got further in depth about cameras, film, contact print and more.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the projects that we've done, such as contact printing. This course requires any student to buy a couple of materials but she also has the option of going out of her way to purchase items necessary for an assignment if you pass on the money. I learned more than I could hope for, about photoshop and the tools, as well as creating digital negatives and printing film.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course, always show up to class on time, because the grade counts. The hybrid course I took only met once a week but it was enough and fairly spaced out. The assignments are not difficult at all, as they relate to photography and she is very open minded. Just update her.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed this course because the teacher was very knowledgeable when it came to teaching us students how to navigate the Photoshop program.

    Course highlights:

The professor would not only guide us on how to make subtle changes to the photos we took, but she would also focus on teaching all the capabilities on the Photoshop program. For example, how to change the color of the sky, how to merge two or more photos together, how to duplicate images. With the more we learned, our scope of creative ability also grew.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Get a camera that gives you a little more options when it comes to focusing. It doesn't have to be extremely expensive, but not the cheapest one on the shelf. Try to become familiar with it before class starts.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I took this course as a fine arts class. Ms Rhin is very nice and sweet and encourages her students to do their very best.

    Course highlights:

As a class we would take field trips around the downtown area and take amazing pictures or shots of our surroundings.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

pay attention, do your work and have fun!
