    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I personally am not the greatest at Science. As well as not one to really understand it for that matter. I would recommend this particular course and Professor because regardless of my doubts, I passed the course and understood the curriculum being taught.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were being able to obtain extra credit points so easily, Participation is key. What I gained from taking this course is facing my fear of doing individual time with the Professor. It is points towards a grade to meet with him. This also encourages students to exercise this event with Instructors. In the end this is so beneficial, not only to this course but to college life in general.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Advice I would give students taking this course with this Professor is if you commit yourself you will succeed. Be sure to participate as much as possible because those extra credit points add up and will help extremely if needed. Another thing is to study for the quizzes at least. The Learn Smarts and HW are a piece of cake. You will do better than you expect!

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

In terms of grades, you have nothing to worry about. But, if learning the course material is important to you, be ready to do a lot of independent study.

    Course highlights:

The teacher is very easy going and stress-free. However, she, while obviously passionate about the subject at hand, cannot teach very well. Prompting her with questions always results in the same confusing answers.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Get the textbook, read the textbook, love the textbook.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class was very interactive and knowledgeable. Test are open book and not too hard as well. Also liked the opportunity to get extra credit.

    Course highlights:

Using LearnSmart and having the chapters broken down into simple terms were a big highlight for me. I learned processes like cell division: mitosis and meiosis in great detail, but still in a simple way that I could understand.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to read and take notes. Also, answer and ask lots of questions to score extra credits points.
