I would highly recommend this course to any student that is interested in becoming a registered Dietician or even someone who would like to eat better and have a healthier lifestyle.
one of the biggest highlights we had gone over was portion control. We had discussed what the right amount of food intake we need in order to maintain a healthy diet. Also, we had discussed the essential foods that we need in order for our bodies to function correctly.

I would highly recommend for all students to really pay attention to every discussion they have. Also, to study a lot and do a lot of research on your own to really understand the material that is given to you. If you have any question to make sure to talk to your professor if you are not understanding the information that is given.
