Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend taking this course because it is very enlightening and challenging, but not too much. After taking this class, you look at what you do, and what others do, completely different.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of this course was learning about the brain parts and their functions. It is very interesting to learn about what part of the brain is responsible for your hearing, seeing, etc.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapters!! The bare minimum you can do for this class is reading the chapters, and don't just skim, actually understand what you are reading.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking this course because despite the perception that it is more of a social studies class, there is a lot of science incorporated into this class, and it really gives you insight into how a lot of the body and brain functions. You learn a lot of things that you can apply to your daily life.

    Course highlights:

I think the main thing I took away from this course is how you can relate everything in daily life into the lessons, whether it is about mental diseases, or the science of brain, you could always relate a lot of aspects of daily life to these lessons. What I found really interesting was that during the lessons about mental diseases and learning about the symptoms of certain mental illnesses. I was able to analyze the actions of people I know and even myself, and try to see if I am showing any symptoms of these illnesses.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Save all of your notes for the entire, it really comes in handy in the end. Take thorough notes from the textbook. Everything is in the textbook, and the better notes you take, the better you are going to do.
