Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Math is a great way to advance your mind, it is a complicated task but yet very affective, it is also a required course to graduate. Ms. Dean will do anything she can to make sure you pass her class, or other teachers class in the facility if she actually sees you applying yourself and giving it all you have.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course for me is it is helping me towards my goal, what I plan to major under requires math and taking a math class like pre-cal that requires you to put in the effort will take you a long way. It is a math class and you will learn a lot but the biggest lesson I learned was believe in yourself, if you believe you can do it then you can do it, you don't need anyone to motivate you but even so the teacher is there with just as much belief as you

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The most important advice I can give is attend class and pay attention, that itself will take you a long way not only with this course but with all of them. Especially when there is a teacher trying to help.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is a very great course, and why I would recommend that you would take this course because of my teacher and how much she helped me to master the course throughout the year.

    Course highlights:

The lectures, the assignments, and the projects. I mean this would have to be the main highlights of the course and what I have learned in this course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to be successful in this class you would have to put in the work and complete all of the assignments. Math tips: practice, master key concepts, and to understand the material.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I took Precalculus as a junior in high school. I have always taken gifted and honors math classes, so when I began Honors precal, I didn't think that it would be too difficult. However, it turned out to be the most challenging class I had ever taken, not because the material was difficult, but because for the first time in my life, I had to study and struggle to learn material. My precal teacher was also the AP Calculus teacher, so he prepared his students to learn what was needed in order to succeed in Calculus. Therefore, the material was taught quickly in order for us to start the AP Calculus curriculum before the end of the year. I am now in AP Calculus, and it is much harder than Honors Precalculus, but I am prepared for the difficulty of it because my precal class taught me to how to work for what I want; how to study and work through a struggle in order to overcome any obstacles in my academics. I recommend this class because it teaches its students to face challenges with optimism and do what they have never done before in order to succeed. It teaches work ethic.

Honors Precalculus taught me to how to work for what I want; how to study and work through a struggle in order to overcome any obstacles in my academics. In life, we will always face difficult tasks and obstacles, and if we don't learn how to conquer the, we will drown in the reality of life. I recommend this class because it teaches its students to face challenges with optimism and do what they have never done before in order to succeed. It teaches work ethic.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Regardless of how difficult this class may be, the struggle is worth it. As adults, we are going to have to deal with difficult situations, so it's better to start learning how to now, so that when those difficult situations arise, we will be equipped with the skills needed to conquer them. My advice is to ask as many questions as you need to in order to understand, always attend tutoring, dedicate everyday to studying, and never give up, regardless of how difficult or hopeless success may seem.
